How do I calculate the cost of delivery?

You can always calculate the cost of delivery to your desired city using the cost calculator on the main page.

Which countries does Cargo.Flowers deliver to?

Cargo.Flowers delivers to any point in the world. If you don't see your city in the cost calculator, please leave a request through the form.

What is the minimum volume that can be transported at one time?

The minimum volume for most routes is 100 kg.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Payment via Stripe
Can I track the status of my delivery?

With our system, you can not only track the delivery status but also see the location of the cargo in real time. You can track the status in your personal account and mobile app, or by entering your shipment number in a special form.

Can I order delivery during seasonal holidays?

We will be happy to assist you with delivery during holiday periods if you place your booking in advance and make timely payment.

What should I do if my load is less than 100 kg?

You can send cargo less than 100 kg on your desired route, however, the airline will still charge you for 100 kg. These are the minimum requirements for cargo transportation

What countries do you ship from?

We currently send flowers from: Ecuador, Kenya, Colombia, Netherlands, China. You can find a more detailed list of routes in the "Origins" section.
